Most journeys between Zambian towns start with a trip to the station, cash in hand, and no way to know which bus has a seat. ZamTicket lets travellers see departures, choose an exact seat and pay with the mobile money already on their phone — and gives the operators and lodges behind those journeys the tools to sell online without changing how they run their business.

What we have built

A booking platform with a real back office

Not a landing page with a form behind it. These are the working parts of ZamTicket today.

    Route search, live seat maps, boarding points, mobile-money checkout and QR e-tickets — on iOS, Android and the web.

  • Stays

    Lodges, hotels, guesthouses and apartments with photos, rooms, rates, maps and reviews, bookable for chosen dates.

  • Operator console

    Routes, schedules, fares, branches, staff roles, passenger lists, counter tickets and QR boarding for bus operators.

  • Property dashboard

    Self-serve listing, reservations, check-in, walk-ins, cancellation policies and guest receipts for property managers.

  • Payments and wallets

    Mobile-money collection on MTN and Airtel, a double-entry ledger behind every booking, partner wallets and payouts.

  • Reconciliation

    Every provider payment is reconciled against the provider's own reports, automatically, so partner balances are provable.
